5/6/25, 10:22 a.m. Internet Outage began
3:11 p.m. The fiber break has been fully located and examined. The technicians are now pulling whatever slack is in the system, so the fiber can be spliced. They are currently (3:11 p.m.) estimating 6 to 8 hours to a fix.
11:36 a.m. A fiber splice crew is on the way. Note that there were multple fibers cut, and it takes minutes, not seconds for each splice.
11:05 a.m. 5/6/25. There's a fiber break in the Everett, Washington area that's causing the outage. We still have no estimated time of resolution. Our upstream fiber provider said "broken fibers", so we don't expect a quick repair. We hope they don't have to dig for it.
10:40 We have contacted our fiber provider between Pullman and Seattle. They don't yet know what the trouble is. We'll update this note when we have more information.

5/15/23. We're doing some cleanup on the Personal.Palouse.net web server. Most of these free sites have not been modified since 2014! We've taken those old sites off-line. If you still want them, the information is saved. Let us know if you still want it by July 31, 2023.

Here is a link to the new Web Email Pro User's Manual. The only thing in the Manual that doesn't work (that I'm currently aware of) is the VoIP service because we didn't license that.
