Internet outage 6/13/26
About 10:10 this morning, we lost connection to the Internet. No real information so far, but we're working on it.
We are also partway through the surprisingly lengthly process of getting a 2nd path to the Internet. The second run of fiber should keep us up if the issue is a break in the fiber somewhere between Moscow and Seattle. I expect that will cut our number of outages drastically.

Update 11:00 a.m. The fiber break is somewhere in Seattle, and affects a lot of organizations. No information yet on an expected resolution.
Update 6:30 p.m. The last word we have is that connectivity should be restored by 6 p.m. Obviously that is too optimistic, but I thought I should pass it along.

Web Email Pro User's Manual
Here is a link to the new Web Email Pro User's Manual. The only thing in the Manual that doesn't work (that I'm currently aware of) is the VoIP service because we didn't license that.
